Recovery coaching supports athletes of all levels navigating anorexia or bulimia nervosa, orthorexia, binge eating disorder, or other forms of disordered eating.

Comprehensive assessment to create a personalized nutrition plan focused on fueling rather than calories
Frequent check-ins with ongoing adjustments based on your training, goals, and feedback
Daily feedback on meals, snacks, and hydration - I’ll review everything you log to support you in building trust with food and your body.

From tracking apps to locker room talk, diet culture shows up everywhere. We’ll unpack how it’s shaped your relationship with food and build a new framework rooted in freedom, not fear.

Together, we’ll unlearn rigid food rules that create guilt, stress, and confusion around eating and replace them with flexibility, permission, and trust in your body’s needs.
Weight Stigma
We challenge harmful narratives about body size and health, creating space for care that’s weight-inclusive, respectful, and focused on how you feel, not how you look.
Fear Foods
We’ll work through the foods that feel “off-limits” or stressful, using gradual exposure and support to reduce fear and bring more flexibility and enjoyment back to eating.
Language & Mindset
How we talk about food and bodies matters. We’ll shift from shame-based thinking to more neutral, compassionate language that supports healing — and sticks with you.
